Return and refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you received your order.

2. Conditions for Return

Returned items must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • No stains, odors, or damage

  • In original packaging

  • Tags still attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • You may exchange for different size or color if the item is in stock.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we can process a refund instead.

4. Refund Timeline

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is:

    • damaged

    • defective

    • incorrect

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:

  1. Email us within 48 hours at contact@quarvo.store

  2. Attach clear photos of:

    • the item

    • the packaging

    • the issue

We will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
