1. Free U.S. Shipping

  • All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.

  • No minimum order amount required.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During this time, each item is inspected for quality, packed securely, and prepared for shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3–4 business days after processing.

  • Delivery time may vary slightly based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

4. Tracking Information

  • After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Limitations

  • We currently do NOT ship internationally.

  • At this time, shipping to PO boxes, APO, and FPO addresses may not be supported.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number.

  • We will assist in tracking the package or resolving the issue promptly.
